Texts relate to a funding request you made: confirming that it arrived, arranging a call, asking for information a funding partner needs, or following up on next steps. Ravenwood does not use them to market anything else.
Agreeing to texts
You agree to texts by checking the consent box on the request form or by giving consent in another documented way. Consent to texts is not a condition of making a request; you can call (847) 250-0440 instead.
How often
How many texts you get depends on where your request stands. The number of messages depends on the request.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. A single confirmation text follows, and then the texts end. You can also ask on a call to be removed.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Whether a text arrives depends on your carrier and phone.
Privacy
Information about how phone numbers and messages are handled is in the privacy policy, linked in the footer. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
